The way to post for ss must be done without pausing game.

-Must be selecting a hero and centered, that does not belong to you or is shared (sentinel or scourge is ok, if no hero is present)
-Must provide replay
-Not enough requirements met: case is ignored
-Warn: 5-50 Warning, based on what requirements are met
-Blacklist if player is indeed map hacking
