just watch him play pudge, he blindly hooks me multiple times despite me being in the fog. once he gets his bottle he always guessed the runes correctly without any wards. he dodges ganks and just the way he played showed he map hacked, he dodges my assasination as well without even knowing i was about to come to get him.

you dont even need time stamps since he doesnt even try to hide it, just watch the first 20 mins of the game thru his eyes and its going to be quite apparent.

11:00+ proves he's a hacker. you can watch as he does more blatant map hacking throughout the game if you want to continue watching.

I added Kizuki- into the name b/c thats whose multi he was(he also used pce this season or pc_geek, something like that last season). Yea, i believe he is a mher as well and already banned him for the multi anyway.
I took some other times of note:

~11:00 - hook towards tower with no vision hitting sniper (1 time you mentioned)
~19:45 - another hook into fog
~21:00 - hook up into fog into cliff (by top rune stop), you even asked if they had wards which the other team didnt reply
~22:50 - hook into fog (though this could have been just good hook but he none the less, he hit a hook where he didnt have full vision)
-After 24 i just stopped watching

There was some other times of interest as well like when pudge went from river at bot directly into forest towards enchant like he knew exactly where she was.

Its also possible that kizuki- was LMAOWTFYOUSCRUB which i though was sauce but sauce and him used to lan anyway, so its possible they were same person though they both mh regardless.

Other reasons that also go along with confirming his use of mh is him dropping in games which has happened and him being off bnet while in games. So in the end, im almost 100% positive that he is a mher.
