You need to provide an actual description and put in some effort with times and what this person does that makes you believe them to be a mher. Otherwise noone will look at your case, or they will deny it and say you need to provide more information. Mods doing the actual work has seemed to have been phased out so yeah.

Ok so look at the second to last fight i forgot what time its at becuz it was so long ago, but it was when i took gem and looked if they had wards. They didnt and we were ready to gank sum1 on their team. storm and nigma just jump us out of nowhere and they had no wards. and u can see the pudge is doing random ass hooks and hitting them throughout the whole game.
look at replay and u will understand what i mean ^.^

please provide better reasoning beside providing evidence without any statement to why you believe suspected player is hacking. All you gave us was a 30+ minute replay. We don't have enough popcorn to shit back and watch it over and over till see something that could lead us to believe the player is map hacking.
