When the game was created, the rules stated:

- Banned modes are apid,em,wtf,om(unless 2v2),sc,sp,dm(unless its ardm). CM games need to be challenge games.

The mode 2nerla decided it would be cool to make was cm.

I voiced my issues with this, saying either change it to rd or just draw the game, since it was an invalid mode.

Ice responds by saying he'll change the rules so we can play the game... apparently this is DCL where the rules don't matter.

2Nerla was one of the lowest rated and exp players on our team, yet he insists on being our captain, refusing to let me (highest exp) or r4w (highest rating) cap.

Then, in game, Ice.Mage mutes me so I can't communicate with my team.

It's clear that he just has beef against me and is incredibly biased in his actions. The rules were constructed as they were for a reason by players who play a LOT more than ice.mage does. So with his new rule change just to screw me over, shpakman could create a game, make mode cm, and if people played, they'd be forced to follow him as a captain? I don't think I need to explain how stupid this is...

Oh, and I'm shitlisted now because that third ff I saw was from 2nerla for a second time. Oh well.

Were you the only one that dissaproved of him being captains? If the majority of the team agrees should not be a problem. Also 2nerla does cm mode more than you guarnteed.

There was not one person on my team who said they wanted 2nerla to be captain. Even people from the other team ( uok) ) were telling 2nerla to let me or r4w be captain.

Not one person on scourge besides morph stated they had a problem with 2nerla being the captain. Everyone in the game except morph just wanted to play dota the video game. This is a recurring problem with this kid. He would rather complain about technicalities in the rules and complain about how ice.mage has a personal vendetta against him and how ice is abusing a league that he pays for rather then just playing a fucking game. He continued to flame ice and bitch throughout the game to the point where his team mates were asking him to just please stop crying and spamming, so he was muted.

K morph i will talk to ice.mage in a little bit and ill try to reason with him but he is the head admin so you might get crushed/destroyed/obliteated/dismantled/left in desray/made fun of.

What morph did in the game was unacceptable, but the reason that situation was ever allowed to take place was because Ice.mage displayed a massive lack of judgement before the game started by editing the rules as the game is being played so that nerla can do CM. Im entirely with morph on this one, even if he's the only one who doesn't want Nerla as his capt, then, combined with the fact that rules clearly stated cm couldnt be done in a creategame, it should have been RD. Nerla is really nice and all, but he's pretty not good at this video game, and I have seen him do picks in -cm first hand and had arguably the trashiest picks ever made in Defense of the Ancients' history...not even kidding. Ice should have denied nerla's/everyone elses request to do -cm, and told everyone that he was changing the rules for the next game so that people could be given a fair chance in outing if they didn't like the chosen captains. Fuckin fail situation that ice.mage could have put an end to in less than 10 seconds.
