Would you like additional info anywhere? For instance, when I complain about a maphacker I point to specific instances where it would be near impossible for a player without maphacks to do.

I only ask this because it will streamline the work admins have to do to make their decisions. I notice most players who post on the panel do not even review their own replay to get specifics. Some do not even know the player's name in question. This will cause them to have to watch it, saving an admins time.

I would have players post Point of Intrests. For instance...

Title: BadManName: Player Complaint *Note for player complaint I would have them list the reason, not the topic listing... so in this case I would have the title "BadManName: Map Hacking"
-----------------------------------------------------
Date: February 15, 2011
Name: BadManName (Green)
Reason: Map Hacking
Replay: http://replay.garena...36g84BadManName February 15. 2011 *this isn't real

1:30 Runs from WW titan
3:03 Detos workers as the ww titan starts walking towards his workers
4:23 Reacts to what the titan is doing even though he is not visible
5:33 Picks up an item he is unable to see with one fluid motion, impossible without maphacks

*Now the admin can fast forward to these points if they need to, saving time.

Do not post any other additional information. By posting your information said above, it will give us less of a view if you know what I mean.

I understand, I just feel like I can spot specific points in replays that others will miss, being a very detail oriented person. I will not post points that prove 100% maphack anymore.

p.s. your example needs fixed. It has no name in the body. Also the first example does not show to post the replay name. Sorry to be nit picky, but if it is a template it should be very clear.
