This is a risk forum and I saw your bot in game, so I thought it appropriate to post this:
http://epicwar.com/maps/135617/
The above is a link to Lord of the Risk 1.0. Essentially Devo on LOTR Terrain, it is a map Priwin and I (mostly priwin) have worked on for a few weeks. The terrain is specially molded to diminish sea power, to avoid extreme chokes and to make almost any geographical location an ideal starting point. SS haters will enjoy how many large nations do not have ports, yet rivers similar to Risk Asia allow sea-empires to project power inland. The eyesore chokes seen in old Middle-Earth Risks are non existant and countries' boundaries are no longer predictable. There are a very large number of 3-city countries compared to Devo, so even the worst spawning RNG won't be extremely crippling.
I have only hosted it a couple times, but since I have no damn clue how to work hosting bots, it hasn't seen that much play. Nevertheless, I think it's extremely well made and fun to play and I hope it can be as popular as NextGen or Devo someday. Enjoy.

Just one tiny thing, no ports at all in the sea of Rhun? I know your map is probably aimed at land warfare, but I think it could do with a couple, SS will be quite vulnerable in rivers anyway.
I'll be playing this soon.
